1. Delivery Areas
We service orders strictly within our designated delivery zones. Delivery areas are subject to change permanently or temporarily due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, high volume, or unforeseen operational events. Orders placed for locations outside our standard delivery coverage may either be rejected or fulfilled via 3rd-party courier/delivery services at our discretion.
2. Delivery Time & Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed by the customer—either via telephone confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD) or automatically upon successful online payment—it enters our preparation queue. Delivery estimated times include both order preparation and transit times. While we strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible (ASAP), estimated delivery times are non-binding and subject to delays due to traffic, weather, or high kitchen volume.
3. Order Placement & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and order details. Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a wrong order (including missing items or defective goods), please report it immediately to our staff or customer support team for prompt resolution.
4. User Accounts & Fair Usage
We reserve the right to suspend or block customer accounts in cases of repeated unreasoned cancellations, fraudulent activities, or refusal to accept confirmed deliveries.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on https://yumpakistan.pk/, including text, graphics, branding, menu layouts, images, and logos, is the property of Yum Chinese & Thai and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.
